Fixed rate mortgages

A lot of people these days use a mortgage broker to organise a remortgage as they not only know which lenders have the best deals, but they will also do all the paperwork for you. I think they give a great service and a good mortgage broker is worth their weight in gold.

But how do you find a good mortgage broker, I normally ask friends and family if they can recommend a broker. The last time I was look for a quick remortgage I went to the same guy that my next door neighbour used.


Many people use the internet to search for any from 2 year fixed rate mortgages to mortgages for people with bad credit and these days there are hundreds of company’s based on the internet offering all sorts of remortgage advice. Its just a matter of picking one and going for it.

Being a mortgage broker look like hard work as they have to not only have a wide knowledge of mortgages and remortgages, but they must also know all about the related insurances that people need to protect their property, themselves and their jobs.
I think I will stick to bloging a lot less hassle and I it’s a job that pays well and at the end of the day I am my own boss which is great. All I need to do now is get more people visiting. But that’s for another day.
